Q.What is your minimum rental time?
A.Our inflatable and interactive game rentals are typically set for a 6-hours. However, if you require a shorter rental period, please feel free to inquire about alternative arrangements. Please note that photobooth rentals have a minimum duration of 3 hours.
Q.Is set up and tear down included in the rental window?
A.No. We plan to arrive 90 minutes before the rental window and begin teardown at the end of the agreed-upon time.
Q.Where is your company located?
A.We are based out of Edgewood, WA, and serve Pierce and King counties.
Q.Can I rent more than one item at a time?
A.Currently, our website allows customers to check out with one item. However, we are working on implementing a multi-rental feature that will be up and running soon. But feel free to message us to add "even more fun" to your next event items!
Q.Do you offer new inventory?
A.Yes, we highlight new inventory monthly and are open to expanding it. All suggestions are welcomed.
Q.How can I contact EMF Party Rentals?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q.What types of events do you cater to?
A.We cater to various events, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. If you have a specific event, please get in touch with us for more information.
Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.Our cancellation policy varies based on the rental item and the circumstances. We require 72 hours notice before the event for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice will result in no refund of charges. Please note that inflatables will not be set up outdoors in the event of winds higher than 15 mph or if rain is forecasted. Credit will be provided for rescheduled events due to adverse weather conditions.
Q.Do you offer delivery and setup services?
A.We are thrilled to include set up, tear down, and delivery prices in your rental fee. What you see is what you pay... no hidden costs!
